Sally Rippin Visits Cedar Campus

On Wednesday 14 June Cedar Campus was fortunate to have leading Australian children’s author Sally Rippin, visit and talk to the students about the first book in her new series, Polly and Buster : The Wayward Witch & the Feelings Monster. Well known to many of the students for her Billie B Brown and Hey Jack! series, Polly and Buster is a new series about the magic of friendship and extends the reach of fans of her previous book to an older audience of readers. After sharing stories and experiences of her own childhood, Sally explained to the crowd of Year 1 – Year 4 students how these events have inspired her imagination to write about the characters in her books.
